网站简介	Xi’an Huiling Services for people with Learning Disabilities was established in 2002 and is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. It provides adults with learning disabilities opportunities to develop their personal abilities, enabling them to achieve maximum independence as a fully integrated member of the community. Using facilities available within the community, providing an encouraging learning environment and teaching independent life skills are all part of their training. In short the goal of Xi’an Huiling is to help people with learning disabilities enjoy every aspect of their lives with the same rights as other members of society.
